Delighted to have had a chat with the one and only Frank Mitchell of UTV and U105 fame on his radio show this morning - not least because it was a great excuse for a break from the walking. Not entirely sure what I said, but clearly Frank thought I sounded knackered - so I'll let you decide for yourself if he was right.
